SolvedA question about what I may be doing wrong

Ok, I got a problem. I haven't been able to correctly utilize the Dll's. See I have the new 9.3 or 4 not sure.
But there hasn't been a working consolite released lately and I haven't been able to get anything to work.
Has everyone else been using something different. Or is there a way I don't need it. Or am I just not seeing
something within the updates and new releases. Can anyone help me out with this?..
