Not working anymore....

I found a problem with the esp only hack.. I don't know what to do either :S

Worked fine before but i tried today and the ESP isnt working :/ i havnt change any settings.
I have reinstalled mw2, put to same settings as it used to be when it worked, still the esp and none of it is working, the menu and crosshair works though. I think ESP and aimbot are patched.

i get an error " The procedure entry point Direct3DCreate9Ex could not be located in the dymanic link library d3d9.dll.

"fatal error (0x0000005) at 0x62b32b77. A minidump has been written to iw4m-3.0-166-20121204215733.dmp"

Umm...Does it work in private match? Mines not working...I turned it on and niether the ESP or the aimbot works. Please help!
