i want to make a video of my crossfire account i need your help what shall i do to record my storage tell me plz and if there any programe give me the link to download i will thank you very much

Bandicam is the best. Great quality, less size then fraps.

I dont get lag if i use it?

You can use Xfire. It'll automatically detect your game, and then you can record with the hotkey you choose. It records fine and clear for me. Try it, if fraps isn't working for you.
