Help me installing crossfire

Hey. look please read carefully: i had an error called Failed to connect to server [2003] L 0 when i run crossfire. even my chat messenger tells me that there is no net connection. my browsers can access the net.
i have windows xp 32 bit. i REinstalled windows and uninstalled crossfire, when i Reinstall and update it, this message pops up

-Floating point support not loaded

i tried to download net frame work 4 it tells me some thing about wic
when i go wic the windows download page it gives me menu of WIC_x86_esn/chs some thing like that cannt find english version

so when i download any version i cant understand the error messege that the wic installer causes so i cant install wic.
please Find me a solution i want to play crossfire
