i opened the game as usual and this error appeard and then i downloaded the new version of the game and still same problem i extracted a new windows and nothing can some one help ? ( Sorry for bad english )
Extract it and place it in your CF Folder - C:\Program Files\Z8Games\Crossfire
i did that and nothing -.-

perhaps your anti virus blocked crossfire as a virus. try turning off your anti virus
i did that and FireWall off
Do this in the correct order:
1- Turn off your antivirus as DaRk said.
2- Re-Download the crossfire.exe that Hero gave you and place it in your cf folder after extraction.
should work fine.
Try running CCleaner.

Ah-Oh didnt work
Try running CF_G4Box.exe in compatibility mode...
Find the executable, then go to properties, then go to the compatibility tab, then check the box that says 'run this program in compatibility mode for' - then select the highest option in the drop down menu.
