Quickscope Triggerbot?

i am searching for someone who can program me an quickscope triggerbot which is not quite the same as the normal triggerbot which is shooting when it sees the red name...it first press rightclick on the mouse to go in scope and shoot after this with the leftclick on the mouse i hope u understand what i wanted to explain
