Item Hack?

is just a question, someone have a item hack working? i know the one using cheat engine, but its just temporal, because when i go to nexus, i dont have the item, and sometimes it disconnect me.

There is no item hack due to it being server side... The best thing you can do is use the hacks on this websites to get the items you need, really not that hard once you learn the ropes.
