Yeah DQ him.. if they can't follow the rules and win fair and square when people actually have taken alot of time on there work for the votes to be rigged like that

Hmm not really. I mean considering it's created pixel by pixel and relies only on straight lines and 45 degree angles it's much easier. The trick is just dithering for shading. But there are shit tonnes of tutorials and it's rather simple. Just get a good swatch and you're good to go.
