Ps3 Jailbreak 4.20 BETA 100% REAL!

Basically, a lot of people mainly jailbreak their PS3 to be able to run .pkg files on their PS3. FTPs allow you to hack games such as COD online and etc.

It's like jbing an iDevice. You jailbreak it to have access to Cydia.

Chances are that nothing will happen. You'd have to jailbreak correctly though.

It's not a very easy process though. You'd need to downgrade if you updated past 3.55 firmware, and the best possible method to downgrade would be by buying an E3 flasher and going through the extremely advanced method on downgrading your FW.
After getting 3.55 OFW, you'd need to download a 3.55 CFW that has a 4.21 (or the latest OFW out for PS3) spoofer. After jailbreaking, you'd need to install FTP pkgs on your PS3 to modify game patches.

There's a lot more to it. This is just a simplified version.

Unfortunately, no :/.

You can only jailbreak on firmwares 3.55 and lower, as far as I know. Since you already updated to the latest OFW, you'd most likely have to get an E3 flasher to downgrade from 4.21 OFW. After downgrading to a firmware that is modified already (preferably 3.55), download a jailbreak to the firmware and place it on your USB and update from the System Update in settings xmb.
