Just bought it. Im getting about 40- 60 Fps in Metro , And about 35 in Caspian Border..(48players )
Had some FPS Issuses in Reine Crossing.
So why u said dont buy it ? Its runing pretty fine...
(Runing at 1280x1024 resoultion , low settings , only textures on medium. Still looks good.)

Reinstall os , and update drivers....U should be able to run it on medium.
