Are we allowed to post hacks from other sites that we did not make
if they DO NOT open up any website
And we give credit?

If this hack does not contain advertisement or an outside link, doesn't connect to the internet, etc - then it is allowed.
You have to give credits.
Feel free to release it, but if you are not sure about it, then avoid the infraction and don't release it.

Must not contain ads, outside links, viruses, and cant be connected to the internet (like some VIP hacks). If u post it, you must give credits (just dont say where it was from)
