Yeah, but say you're like 12 and play CA. Obviously, if you see people using hacks, and you see hacks being made you yourself want to make hacks. They grow older, understand more about the computer, and possibly make their own hack one day. Though, agreed. Most people like that usually skid code, and hacks, etc.

But people like that are very rare. Most hacks these days are copy pastas of other hacks.
