2 : you need to change the value + the code every 10 : YES
3 : if you play any game with bots (AI) your CT freaks out and take 50% CPU : F*YES

R.I.P AvA, once the best fps game for pc, now fucked up and full of hackers. As said lots of times, Idc if people use gun adder of euro or level hack. IF THEY disturb the game by using a wallhack, i care about that.
