QuestionHelpCA wont start, need some help

CA wont start, need some help
well i am new to CA,i just installed the game and when i start the englin it gives me error code : -2,10060
went to the FAQ on the website it says mostly that Error accures when there is maintenance on the server...
so am asking is the server under maintenance ??? cuz it said MOSTLY ..!

did the error just recently appeared or were you able to play before ?

and normally it shouldn't be undergoing a maintenance .

well i just installed it , didnt play CA before...wot should i do?

Try disabling your firewall and see if it works then .

still same Error it has been now over 4 hours with the same error .... should i re-download it??
