HelpGG error when start AVA

When i press game start and login gameguard update and download files, after the update give me gg error, i have all program closed, always update gameguard, i cant play ._.
i deleted gg folder after 10 updates and reboot my pc but nothing, always gg error after update, i tried to remove erl files and nothing, help me.
