Hmm, i think you have to rename the .dll file, If i'm right its because its called:
Team Speak 1.4.exe.dll, remove the .exe bit

i did ! it isnt work!
i press insert and the menu doesnt open!

Just rename the injector Hack and the dll Hack.dll, works for me but the hack itself doesnt works ;(
