when i press on Team Speak 1.4 it says (the application failed iniialze(0xc0000135).Click on ok to terminate the application) plz help

Mini Guide:
1. download the RaR file!
2. Extract the files on the Dll Folder to the CombaT Arms Eu folder
3. Extract the 2 other files to your desktop
4. change the dll file name to : Hack.dll
5. Change the EXE file name to: Hack
6. open the file hack.exe
7. open Combat Arms Eu Launcher and click start game
8. u got screwd it doesnt work!( menu should be open by click the button "insert")

i downloaded what should i do?? its packed with virus!

It should be Insert like other teamspeaks but the hack itself doesnt works.

Thats weird :L, I've never found a file that coulden't be scanned. I just scanned it with my norton and it said it was safe though.
