THATS THE POINT.... its flawed... you cant claim things without evidence... exactly the point of the whole thing...

Also, Marijuana isnt addictive. ( contrary to what all the government propoganda states). I have been smoking for quiet a while and I have absolutely no problem going without the substance. I would choose to have the substance if I can, but if not it doesnt effect me in any physical or mental way.
The only reason marijuana was made illegal was because dirty crazy mexicans brought it in the 1930's and people thought it was what made the mexicans "crazy" so they put a tax on it to "prevent the spread of this insanity".
