Did you set the FPS rate to 5 and the hotkey to F9? when you push F9 when you are on his head you should jump 20 meters forward

I advice using 4 or even 0, it works much better for me, and you forgot to say to press lock framerate, otherwise the fps will be the same ingame and no flashstep.
And if done well, you can use this as many times as you want, in eagle eye, S&D, base to midle always scaring people :$

You cannot do this TWICE a game, once you go trought the wall the next time you go trought it you automaticly get error.
