Hi ~! Need Some Help Here..

So.. I am not begging.. just asking = =
Can someone teach me how to remove codes in a hack?
For An Example..
A hack have these codes.. for wall + see ghost + ohk
And How To Remove Wall Hack?
Or Can Someone Remove For Me Pls..?
I want a hack that only have no bug / no zone damage.. because i want to glitch ..
