SOTW #4 Voting Thread.

Sorry for being late on this guys. Hella busy after work the past week.

As usual vote for the one you believe to be the best looking. If you vote for yourself your vote will be discounted. f you ask for votes or beg for votes you will be disqualified. You must have at least 25 posts for the vote to count.

Really good turn out this week considering we had no advertising. Shows that people are becoming more aware of SOTW.

I won't vote in the pool because you've made a mistake and I'm not blaming you for that, shit happens sometimes the only think I'm asking you to do is that you count the votes from this posts too since there is a missing tag

Obviously I vote for the missing tag which is:

PROS:

The placement of every elements in this tag are just perfect
the typo is well, it blends well with the C4D and with the overall color of the tag itself
the light source is not forced, giving a neat color to the tag
there's a good depth in the tag and we can see that in the corners perfectly

CONS:

The sparkles at the gun are not necessary at all IMO, but thats just my opinion ofc, other then that this tag is perfect

About the other Entries:

#2 is not even a tag
#3 looks like a photo manipulation

both 2&3 entries are over sized tbh. this exceed the tag's limit.

I've a suggestion to become the contest fairly, Instead of letting everyone knows who is who keep the entrants anonymous, this will prevent cheating, friends will vote for their friend's tag, If someone is suspicious from asking for votes, disqualify that entrant

both 2 and 3 looks like photo-manipulations, both are way too over-sized, there's no typo, I just don't see them as tags, thats all

We've tried that many times before, and it just doesn't work well. For starters most of the people here recognise each others styles. Secondly the more activity a thread has the more likely someone will visit it, thus improving competition turn out. Right now it's easy to see if people are cheating. And people who are popular in this section know not to vote just because of friendship. If it were the case everyone would vote for Eth or Jacket. Right now it's been fairer than it has ever been, and I'm quite happy with it. Plus it gives people a chance to suss out the competition and to strive to make better tags and it gives me time to check up on any possible rips.

Hard choice between #4 and #9, but I went with #4 after all.
