Binding Problem
So I've heard lots of talk of how to bind but I never tried it myself... I wanted to try it out but then I found out I don't know where to bind.. like do I need a program? a console? or some hidden file in the Vindictus folders? I know what binds are and how they work I just don't know how to bring them up so I can actually interact with them
Could someone guide me in that zone real quick please

How to format what to type into the console to bind (any typos will result in nothing happening)

Oh, thank you and I noticed I posted it on Tut.. I was trying to delete it but I didn't know how... sorry but thanks anyways I wont do that again.
