My bad, Haxcoder was actually banned because he could not post the proper scans. If you're retarded enough to be unable to scan the attachment, don't bother releasing stuff. Rules are rules, I didn't make them but I have to enforce them. Now fuck off with these retarded QQ threads and either challenge my decisions in the dispute section and risk getting banned for pointless disputes or just accept your ban.
