XIGNCODE 3 and its scan methods

ok so recently i started recieving 3rd party error,i checked my task manager while loading game and in game,guess what? nothing,thats right....

basically what happened is that XIGNCODE 3 has scanned my whole pc and found some of hacking/cheating tools and lib's and here is what i wonder about :

how the fuck are they allowed to do that? i know only that they are allowed to scan for file size change and active processes and/or if anything has been hooked up on c9.....i am waiting for answer from their support i acted crazy and that i dont have a clue what is it about,once they answer me via mail i will post it here to see if i was right....

I had this same problem this morning. Go to the folder and make the first three things (makes everything in the folder) "read only". Now Im not sure about hacking with it, I just know you wont have to delete your cheat engines. I played for a while with no problems. Good luck all.
