Server Full Problem

When i ever i login it takes me to server selection i try join one and it says server full i try join another one still says server full - the servers arnt even full it was still on blue / half bar / less then half i dont knw how 2 fix dis D: i tried restart / reinstall + CCleaner ( idk why )

Im not sure becuz this is annoying me. I tried yesterday , and today same thing. Im going to try 2mrw see if there is a change other then dat probably my account becuz i made my account through a german IP
