[HELP] Plugins problem

Hi guys. When i'm browsing (all website) i see something written in green and when i go there with mouse i get Ads. How to remive these? It let me lag

What is your browser ?
Disable all uneeded extensions

Google Chrome and already tryed I have only activated the Avast one

Just disable every extension and restart browser.
