Yes it DOES work for Win7 32-bit, That is what I use; and this works just fine for me.
FOV= Field of View, what is means is the Radius to the Left and Right of you for the aimbot, If you set it to 360; and turn off the visual check, once you shoot; It will aim at a random enemy in any direction.
