Enemy Hp bar

The enemy Hp bar was probably my favorite thing about MarinePower's proxy. I was wondering if it would be possible to implement it to a current client or if it could only be used as it is in the MarinePower's proxy.

Eventually, i plan on learning this stuff and contributing- so please bare with my ignorance ° _ °

Sounds like a great idea, I'd like to see it.
