Longboards?
I'm thinking about getting a longboard, $230 Max but I pretty much have no knowledge of longboards
Because of my budget, I'm thinking of getting a landyachtz with orangatangs.
Problem is I don't know which landyachtz board, which bushings, or trucks.
Anyone want to help me make a good board? I want one for cruising down hills and to ride back and forth from school.
Thanks to those that are willing to help :P
well, there is 2 models. The one with alot of flex and the other when is more like " closer to the ground and less flex"
The one with flex is made for cruising.
The other one is for downhill, shreding and etc..
If you want to cruise, pick big wheel, it will give you alot of acceleration

It also depends on you, I stepped on both, and i personally didnt like the one with alot of flex and the other one is more stable ( thats why its made for shreding.. )
Go to your local store and try them

Yeah I tried my friends' boards, one has the switch 37 (closer to the ground) and the drop speed (more flex), and I thought the drop speed was a hell of a lot better. But idk it seems a bit unstable when going down hills, a lot of speed wobbles which scare the sht out of me lol

yea thats why i dont like them ahah.. cuz i use my board to go to school and shit and there is a small hill and ive once tried it with my friends board and it wobbles so easily. So what ive done is, ive bought the closer to the ground one and putted on some cruising wheels

and ill go change my wheel soon, to get some shredding wheels and buy some shredding gloves. and then when i would have learned the basics ill just put my old wheels back
I have a globe longboard. It was like $130 and rides great.
Get a Freebord. Those things are legit. They are a bitch to ride though.
Longboarding sounds fun as fuck.
