FPs problem Help Me !!!!

I have a problem In Fps its very bad but my Lap Top is So Good see PIc The FPs from 40 to 70 Help me fast :'(

Dude thank god you have 40 FPS , my Ingame FPS is 15-30

Dont save replays

Your FPS is normal for what you have.
