Moparscape Ports.

Well, as some of you know, I've been working on this Moparscape server. I got it running. But, I can't get others to connect. I'm using Utorrent to skip Port Forwarding.

But, It's not working. Is this because I'm using a Modem, and not a Router? Or is their a way I can port forward with a Modem. If their is a way, tellllll meeeee. D:
