[Warning] Battleye IP tracking & Script Detection
IP Tracking
Something that battleye has started doing recently is IP tracking. This means that if your ARMA 2 account is banned while playing on a certain IP, they may use this to ban new accounts/cd-keys on the same IP.

If you can, I would suggest changing your IP. Some people can restart their modem and get a new IP. Some router control panels will let you change your MAC address to get a new IP. You can try TMAC for changing your IP. You could also phone your ISP and request a new IP. Finally, you can use any VPN while playing to get a different IP.

Script File Tracking
Battleye is also checking your ARMA 2 folders for common script names. If you've used other hacks with menus, or downloaded scripts and put them in your ARMA 2 folders, make sure to rename them and change any folder names. For instance, a script called repair.sqf is a great way to be caught, change those filenames!

Just a heads up :0

Happy hacking And Warning Wuats Scripts Are Dectable Rename The Folder To Something Like @SoundMod Then Battleye will think it is a Mod For The Game But Still Change The Script Names

Found This Out After Me And My Mate Decoded The Program And More
Thanks for posting this!
But i only use scripts on non battleye servers. Am i safe?

No, because when you go to battle eye servers, from what im reading, they scan the directory for certain scrips. However, unless you are caught cheating, they can't ban you for having a script in your directory.

They can't ban you for that. You must have cheated and it was a delayed ban or something. Unless it states in their ToS that they can ban for having a file named after a know cheat, then what they did is technically not legal. They can not ban you on suspicion of cheating. They have to catch you in the act.

sure
why or.. how would BE give a fuck when it's disabled
@OP that's absolutely ridicolous
that would mean that they could ban me for having a file called 'hax hahaha' in my arma folder
Can confirm this is true. 2 keys banned in 1 go.
Yep, can confirm this. Thanks for making this post.
This is fucked up. Checking BE ToS now...
And I have wuats scripts in my folder, still no ban.
Do they scan the whole pc or just the Arma folders?
To think that they would scan your whole pc is ridiculous. They only scan the files in OA that is it, and to be honest no one should have files like Thunderdome.sqf or stuff like that in your folders anyways, if you do you probably are asking to get banned
This sucks.
