Hi I wanted to know if somebody obtains to recoup my account of the AVA who was banished please helps me.

/moved to the correct sub forum.

Pls help me pls pls

- How long ago it and the reason of banned?
- You tried to open a new account? It was possible play?

I need these answers to help.

ok i have the same problem .... i was banned yesterday or the day before .. and the reason was because of reports ... and yes i can play again i made a new account

I was banished permanently because of hacks and I would like to know if he is possible to recoup the account.

Send in a support ticket using a friends computer (AT THEIR HOUSE) and say your account was hacked.

Send in a ticket offering a bribe.

Send in a ticket and just apologize.
