Crossfire Fantasy Games D3D Menu Help Please

Hey guys,

i have been able to make a D3D menu for the game and the menu works perfectly in the D3D9 test window.

but as soon as i inject the menu into crossfire, it crashes at the login screen.

i'm not very good with D3D as i am now learning it, but im pretty sure its the hook which is causing this.

could someone give me some advise on how to fix this please

Whether he is a "leecher" or not is not for me to judge or to decide. If someone needs help then give it to them. If you refuse to help then simply ignore the thread. You don't need to make an essay proving your point. I don't need any of this, nor do other people do. Also don't SS threads of other sites even when the link isn't there... Seriously... Don't do it... And don't make posts like the one you just made. If you refuse to help, simply IGNORE this thread and MOVE ON. If you decide to keep replying be my guest. Hero, thank you for being nice, I honestly am not just trying to leech, I only started to learn to code over a week ago. I've always wanted to learn but never really tried it. So i started to learn with the help of one of my friends. I did the best i can to make a Hotkey Hack and i succeeded on my own, no help with that.

But now i am wanting to create a D3D Menu Hack, I followed Dead(H)ell's D3D menu tutorial, and i have created a D3D menu for my hack, with credits to Dead(H)ell in i might add.

The only thing is now i need to create a hook, i tried following his D3D hook tutorial, but i couldn't really understand it. so i came to ask here for help with it as i have no clue really. I will give credits to anyone that helps me, I don't agree with people just stealing code and not giving credits out.

Anyways i just wanted to thank you for being nice and trying to help

I can't help you if I don't know anything about your hook.

i am giving credits, all the work i did on my hacks before was my own work, with another coder giving me tips and teaching me the basics.

I am now wanting to make a menu, and so i am asking for help. I will put credits to the people that have helped me.

and im not releasing to rival forums cos as it has said before MPGH does not support CFFG, I'm learning on CFFG so i can get the basics down, without having to constantly keep searching for new addresses. So then when i have got the basics down, then i can start looking into CFNA because i want to code for CFNA.

I'm not just Trying to leach, i'm trying to give back to a community that i have been part of for years now. Everyone needs to learn somewhere, and this is me trying to learn

I followed Dead(H)ell's simpleD3D menu from the hack source code resource thread hero made.
I don't believe there is a hook there, because at the top it said not including the hook. I haven't made a hook because I haven't learned how to, which is why I am now asking here.

And I want to make a hook for it, is there anything you could help with?
And that you derh.acker for understanding that I am trying to learn what I need to do.
