i don't know but in my leptop some hack working and some not working like ryzz v16 work but not detect so i try to use yzz 17 it not working

Download the requirements. see if there are updates available . go to start - Programs - Search Windows Update .

What windows version does your friend have? Maybe the hack doesn't run on his version.
