anyone mind trying hex-comparing? would be useful for those of us who cannot run it on pc so have to use console versions; fyi hex-comparing is doing manually with 2 copies of the same save file what CE does; for exp for instance, you write down your current exp, copy your save file to a sep spot, load into game, kill one enemy, take down new xp, exit game, then open both save files in a hex editor, use a hex translator to get the hexadecimal form of the two numbers, and see where in the save files the numbers occur with same offset. if you have too many, get another save file with same thing done, and compare, till u only have 2 or 3 spots where they are the same, then change it to the hex form of your chosen exp value. ofc backup save first, then replace and, if all is done correctly, your next kill should level you up to match your exp. note that going over max xp might cause you to be reset; ofc since you're all pc users, you can use CE to find out the max xp. anyone mind posting the exp value for max level for those of us who can't use the pc copy?
