iPhone 4s Help

So My Brother Bought an iPhone 4s and Tells Me to Unlock it For Him. I Thought it Would Be No Problem Since I Had Unlocked His 3Gs. I Have Been at My PC For Like 4 Hours Now Trying to Figure This Out.

I'm Running on T-Mobile and I'm too Cheap to Pay Anyone Money. There Has Got to Be a Way to Do it With a Certain Program or Something Like That.

If Anyone Has a Video or Has Done This Before and Could Help Me, I Would Greatly Appreciate it!
iPhone 4s Specs:

Version - 5.1.1
Carrier - AT&T (I Don't Have The AT&T SIM Anymore Since it Wasn't Mine.)
Model - MC609LL
Modem Firmware - 04.12.01
Network - Not Available

Also May Note, My SIM Card isn't a Micro But its a Cut Down Version From The Normal SIM's. If I'm Not Mistaken, its a 128K 4G Non-Micro.

Best way would be to search on youtube...since it's hard to explain.
