Try un-installing Crossfire, DELETE remaining files in C:/Program File/Z8Games, including the Z8Games folder and re-install. That should do it.

Whats your OS?
Try disabling your antivirus.
Try to change your screen resolution, it might be an issue relating to that... Not 100% sure.
dont have an anti virus and the resvoltion dont work ether help pls
