quick question..

im new here but heres my question..

soooo i know as of recent updates there are no working rez chams.. or any chams to be exact.. but how are there still so many hackers as of today when i last played.. 3 out of 5 games has at least one hacker.. but there is no chams yet?. if i am wrong can someone please put a link for working chams

I'm not accusing if people join in a game they kill everyone without moving. I'm pretty sure that's hacks.
