which is the best program to lower your ping ?

You can't lower your ping with using a program .. you can only close all processes which require internet connection

There is no program for that...Ping depends on Your location and how far the server is from you.

^This + the speed of your connection

Anyway today the Cf servers are laggy so just wait till tomorrow if your talking about todays lag..

Move to Toronto, you'll get much better ping than in Chile
