Arctic Combat Install Error Plz Helpppppp!

The Error is :

Runtime Error (at -:0):

Cannot Import
dll:<utf8>C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Local\Temp\is-UN87L.tmp\isskin.dll.

Someone Answer me PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!

Delete this client and use a registry cleaner then try downloading the client with a good download manager.Possibly this that you downloaded is corrupted
