Will this computer run most games nowadays? [Just built it]
Tower: Cooler Master Elite 430 Midi Tower Black (TWO fans)
Power: Corsair CX V2 430W PSU
Processor: Intel® Core i5-3450 Processor (3,1 GHz QQ)
MSI B75MA-P45, Socket-1155
RAM: Corsair Vengeance DDR3 1600MHz 4GB CL9
Screencard: Sapphire Radeon HD 7750 1GB GDDR5

I payed like 800£ For it, and do you think it could run atleast most games on atleast medium - high??

You can.

Not sure if the PSU will run smoothly.

Tbh you should get G.Skill instead Corsair.

Could aleast upgrade to 6-8GB ram.

Depends on your resolution and what games you play. It won't run the more resource hungry games smoothly on 1080p.
