How do u stop the speed hack?

Ok
some of u ppl have tried the speedhack
its awesome but it wont completely turn off even when i put it to 0.00
when i wanna turn off my speedhack i still go fast and ppl kick me
i was wondering if anyone can tell me how to make it stop
or make a speedhack that can turn off completely

yes...so better not to use it..it's pretty much obvious that u use cheats.
