Failed to install a mod :(

So, I was trying to install this "Improved Taunts Mod", and it kinda went wrong, first all of the characters are invisible, second, the game is lagging as heck, the file i installed went into Program Files (x86) -> Steamapps -> LokiLolz (my username) -> team fortress 2 -> tf

So what I need help on is, if anyone has a fresh tf folder and have me download it, very appreciated

Delete your tf folder, then when you start up tf2, it will download.
