Lol. Theres nothing to translate. Your computer doesn't have Japanese language installed so that's what shows up. If your truly registered for your account than it would ip block you, and not do anything, just take you back to the login screen. My guess is you havn't verified your account. If you can't login to lievo.jp, you still need to activate your account. Once you do that, you can have all the same problems everybody else does trying to get in with a JP IP have fun!! i know i am!!
