HelpFaster server response

i was wondering if there was a way that anyone can change the ammount of pockets are send to the server to reduce the load time between Red text and blue text in loading screen?? It throws me off when it stays on read for 14 sec and then 4 sec.

dev's know

i believe the server may kick you or you wouldn't be able to do things you use to be able to, it would be very difficult i would presume
