mpgh is not developers' site! there are only reposts (or modifications but i talk only about releases) of published mods on their official site. you can find it on their sites! most of mods are on minecraftforom.net. e.g. modloader: [V1.4.2] Risugami's Mods - Updated. - Minecraft Forum
