I have a MW2 thats legit (not banned) and i was wondering if i used a mod loader in a private match could i still get vac banned? Please if your not sure don't give me an answer. Thanks!
Yes, VAC is active as long as iw4mp.exe is running so private matches have VAC too. Singleplayer has no VAC since that is a separate exe called iw4sp.exe.

True ; But VAC Doesn't scans for everything everywhere
