It client sided and doesn't benefit you in any way, you APPEAR to do more damage, but in reality the monsters only die on your client. If you look at the minimap they are still completely alive, and the red dots will still be there. They will attack and DC you.
Dev hotkeys are purely for amusement and do not benefit you in any way.
In fact, they are more often disadvantages

All mods work, i'm sure.
Just have to wait like 50 hours for someone to not have a life for a few mins to come check this section to approve it.
