I have chosen to open up my own little Minecraft help shop. If you have any questions I am here to help. My experience for the game includes working for minecraft hosting companies G7H and Present Hosting. I have done support and sales for these companies so if you have any questions on what hosts or what pricing you should be getting I am here to help. You can also leave me a PM for additional help or contacts for my personal teamspeak or skype.

This sounds fantastic. I know for a fact that a lot of server owners
aren't fully aware of what they're getting for their $$$.
This is really going to help people save some extra cash.

Also, if you would like, I can help out with server configurations,
like plugins, permissions, etc.
Just so that if you aren't online or able to answer a question, maybe
I'll be able to. I've been running a server for almost a year now, and I can
say that I'm well educated in the business of running servers.

bro, this is what the help section is for. All you need to do when you want to help someone is hit reply. If you want people to contact you if they need help, put it in your sig or leave it at the end of your responses. But it's great that you're doing this though. Very enthusiastic.

I understand this; however, the problem ends to many people not reading sigs. New server owners don't have a knowledge base of what they are purchasing. I wanted it to be open and easy to find for anyone. Many people get on mpgh just to get that quick response to a question instead of staying on a community. This is the reason I posted this. Sorry for spelling and grammar this is on my phone.

You should put your quicker contact info like an msn / skype.

I do agree, however it does not matter if he does this or not, and it is very convenient for server owners to ask shadow here.

If it does not serve its purpose or seems unhelpful then by all means any staff member has the right to take it down. Even if the community does not wish for it the same should occur.
